• Hands on Regional Managers with acute care experience who respond quickly and skillfully to meet customer and employee needs.
• Exceptional therapists with high therapist- to- assistant ratios to ensure quality treatment, limited use of contract therapists, and specialty certified clinicians in a variety of areas.
• Qualified lead therapists who are specifically chosen for their strong leadership abilities, focus on customer service, and strong communication skills.

We give them the tools to do their jobs:

• Continuous in-house clinical development of our therapist’s skills on targeted topics for the current healthcare arena.
• Continuous, daily support by our Regional Managers, Clinical Director, and Vice President.

We commit to a high level of service:

• We create customer centered partnerships by providing therapy practices in alignment with customer objectives.   This includes monthly consultation with administration to set mutual goals and track performance.
• Financial responsibility with emphasis on streamlined systems to promote revenue enhancement and cost containment measures when dealing with various payer sources as well as when ordering supplies or equipment.
