For the skilled nursing facilities we partner with, excellent continuum of care is assured with outpatient services provided by the same exceptional therapists who provide our inpatient services. A client can be discharged on Monday and start outpatient services on Tuesday! We also provide treatment to clients from the community who require specialized rehabilitation services. We work closely with physicians to ensure the best communication to optimize the treatment objectives specifically designed for the client’s needs.
