     Creative Health Solutions is one of the Midwest's premier providers of quality therapy services. Our company, started in 2001, serves a diverse group of specialty hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.

     Our leadership team consists of our Vice President of Services, Clinical Director, and Regional Managers and lead therapists.  This team provides daily face-to-face support to our therapy teams and to our customers.
