Creative Health Solutions is one of Indiana's premiere providers of quality therapy services. Our company, started in 2001, now serves 21 different facilities across the state of Indiana and is still growing! Facilities we serve include specialty hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.
The sites Creative Health Solutions services are absolutely beautiful with the most spacious therapy areas around. Many of the sights we service are set up with kitchens and bathrooms as well as state of the art equipment to ensure the optimal patient experience. Creative Health Solutions goes to great lengths to ensure that the sites we service are dedicated to therapy quality. Gone are the days when therapists would struggle to find space, administering therapy in hallways or rearranging rooms to make space for their patients. Our contracted buildings know that Creative Health Solutions prides itself in making the therapy experience a successful one, so sub par conditions are not part of how we do business.
